Zach Cytryn - Director of Brokerage

Zach’s passion for food has led him to work with a diverse group of chefs, bringing unique concepts to the city he loves. When Zach accepts a new assignment, he understands the importance of getting to know his client’s unique goals and challenges. He then works tirelessly to locate and negotiate a deal that will allow his clients to prosper in the years to come. A majority of his clients look for second generation restaurant spaces, so he focuses on finding opportunities to bring spaces back to life and continue their story. His ability to connect with people and form strong relationships has helped Zach find those perfect sites that aren’t always on the market.

Zach’s experience in commercial real estate began with family investments in shopping centers and valuation of investment opportunities. He knew he wanted to be in real estate from a young age and once he realized the niche he wanted to attack, Zach was off to the races. In his young career, he has already completed over 100 transactions, including 18 brewery deals. Zach has helped shape Denver as one of the best beer cities in the world. As he continues to grow his brewery and restaurant portfolio, owners are reaching out to Zach about opportunities before bringing them to the market.

Nathan Stern - Director of Development

Nathan Stern is a Denver native and Pueblo evangelist who leads the development efforts for the Fuel & Iron Project.  The flagship for the Project is the redevelopment of the historic Holmes Hardware Building, which houses the Fuel & Iron Food Hall on the first floor and 28 workforce housing units on the second and third floors.  Other facets of the Fuel & Iron Project include Fuel Farm (incubator farm at the historic Williams Farm on the St. Charles Mesa), Fuel Kitchens (an incubator commissary kitchen on Pueblo’s East Side catering to packaged products entrepreneurs), an apprenticeship program, child care center, and 24 additional workforce housing units in partnership with indieDwell.

Prior to concentrating on real estate development, Nathan worked as a commercial real estate broker focusing on the food and beverage industry.  He’s also owned his own coffee truck and coffee shop in Denver.  Nathan’s love for the people and communities he works with allows him to build deep and lasting relationships, which translates into real estate projects that make Colorado a better place to live.
