    Zach's passion for food and real estate drives his work with chefs and restaurateurs, helping them bring unique concepts to the city he loves. Known for understanding each client’s unique goals, he excels at locating and negotiating deals that allow them to thrive. Specializing in second-generation restaurant spaces, Zach focuses on revitalizing properties and connecting clients with hard-to-find opportunities. His commercial real estate experience began with family investments, and in his young career, he has completed over 150 transactions, including 20 brewery deals, shaping Denver’s reputation as a top beer city. As his F&B portfolio grows, owners increasingly reach out to him with opportunities before they hit the market.

    With nearly 20 years in the restaurant industry, Meg brings a unique edge to commercial real estate, specializing in finding ideal spaces for chefs, bartenders, and baristas. Her experience in both back and front of house roles at top Denver restaurants has given her a deep understanding of every facet of food and beverage operations. This background fuels her passion for the industry and equips her to identify spaces that truly align with her clients' visions. Meg understands the subtleties of restaurant dynamics, from kitchen flow to customer experience, and uses this expertise to help clients secure inspiring, thriving locations for their next venture.


  • Director of Development

    Denver native and Pueblo advocate Nathan Stern leads the Fuel & Iron Project’s development efforts, with the historic Holmes Hardware Building as its centerpiece. This project includes the Fuel & Iron Food Hall on the first floor and 28 workforce housing units above. Other initiatives include Fuel Farm, an incubator farm on the Williams Farm; Fuel Kitchens, a commissary kitchen on Pueblo's East Side; an apprenticeship program, child care center, and additional workforce housing units in partnership with indieDwell.
    Previously, Nathan worked as a commercial real estate broker focused on the food and beverage industry and owned his own coffee truck and shop in Denver. His passion for the communities he serves drives projects that strengthen Colorado’s places to live and work.
